A little about me...
I became a doula in June of 2017 when my sister asked me to support her birth- I was incredibly excited to do so, and saw it as a perfect opportunity to start my journey into the field of childbirth support and education. My goal as a doula is to support birth givers in having a labor and delivery experience filled with love, connection, care and joy.

Shortly after I completed both my postpartum doula and childbirth education trainings to both increase my knowledge and understanding of pregnancy, labor and postpartum support and to better provide for the families I serve. I find great satisfaction in supporting new and growing families through their transitions!

I am a mother to a young daughter- whom I birthed using Bradley Method techniques with support of my partner, mother and sister. I am currently pregnant with my second, and have hired a doula for my birth, which I am planning to do with as few interventions as possible. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from the University of Vermont, and a Master’s degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education with a Women’s Studies Certificate from Colorado State University. Since graduation, I have been supporting and advocating for women, people of color, LGBTQ people and other marginalized students in  higher education settings.
